Taking a modern postural approach to yoga, your Registered Yoga Teacher can offer you a schedule of small group classes covering a range of different styles of practise – be it: dynamic flow, gentle flow, or the gentliest of gentle flow – in order to suit your preferences and abilities.
Taken on its own or as a wonderful counterpoint to your personal training or nutritional coaching.
Dynamic flow: A fairly physically demanding practice, tending towards stronger positions and transitions. Held in the morning to provide an energetic start to your day. A prior degree of comfort and familiarity with the fundamental poses of contemporary vinyasa yoga is encouraged, but certainly not required, in order to best enjoy this style of class.
Gentle flow: Incorporating more relaxed positions and transitions, this class is perfectly suited to beginners or more experienced practitioners simply in the mood for a calmer, less energetic practice. Held in the evening as a lovely means of unwinding at the end of your day.
Gentliest gentle flow: Our most relaxed, most accessible style of yoga we offer at The All Too Human. Incorporating elements of yin and restorative yoga; each class centres around a small collection of passive, supported poses, maintained for extended periods of time with a liberal helping of props. Held every Friday evening as a perfect way to mark the transition into the weekend.
