As a 65-year-old female, I am delighted with the results achieved following the training plan Adam has devised for me.

I (and others) have noticed a great improvement in my overall fitness. The improvements in my movement, strength, stability, and mobility are a revelation.

I find Adam to be Knowledgeable, professional, supportive, and motivating. He is adaptable and has an extensive repertoire of exercises to draw upon which keeps the sessions interesting.

I highly recommend Adam and The All Too Human philosophy if you want to feel stronger and gain improved mobility.

Looking to improve my overall fitness and strength albeit without an idea of how to approach or where to start, I was keen to find a personal trainer that would guide me through and lead the way.

The thought of joining a gym filled with equipment that I don’t have a clue how to use, and being surrounded by people working out really didn’t appeal – so a boutique training experience sounded like the place to start.

Meeting Adam allayed any fears, he took the time to understand what it was I was looking to achieve and created a plan that was the perfect balance between achievable and challenging!

In my weekly PT sessions focused on strength, Adam’s approach to creating workout plans has enabled me to achieve milestones I wouldn’t have thought possible – equipment and weights that have previously felt intimidating now form part of my weekly routine!

Yoga has been part of my practise for over five years and something I have always enjoyed, however since joining Adam’s yoga sessions my ability and core strength has improved substantially, and it is now a core part of my week. The sessions range from dynamic to the gentliest of flows, and are conveniently scheduled to suit the time and day of the week.

I have been training with Adam for over two years now, and have found an approach to fitness and wellbeing that improves my lifestyle both for now and the future.

Adam’s guidance, support and understanding of his clients is second to none, and I cannot recommend him and The All Too Human enough!

I came back to yoga with Adam just over a year ago and have been surprised and really pleased with how much my balance and flexibility has improved. My confidence has also grown to such an extent under Adam's guidance that I am now able attempt much more challenging poses than I thought I would be capable of.

The range of classes offered provide both fast paced, challenging flows as well as relaxing, restorative practices. With the small class size and Adam's skill and expertise, I feel fully supported to work at my own pace, modifying poses as required.

My yoga classes have become an essential and very enjoyable part of my wellbeing practice.

We cannot halt Father Time but what we can do is make a stronger, fitter, more agile version of ourselves. It’s very refreshing to find someone like Adam who not only understands and empathises with the perils of growing older, but has a lot of the right answers and solutions to make the ageing process far more bearable through a progressive and achievable program of strengthening and conditioning focusing on increased flexibility of movement.

After decades of sitting behind a desk or the wheel of a car I now have more flexibility than I have in many years even though I have been a gym bunny for most of my adult life. Understanding that flexibility and agility are far more important than pumping iron for making me better cope with the rigours of post work life, is one of the main pillars of Adam’s philosophy and one I am happy to share with you.

To this end I cannot recommend Adam highly enough and the above is just one example of his capabilities. I have just embarked on a path of yoga in addition to the personal training, mainly because I now have the flexibility to get into some of the positions. Having never attended a single yoga class in my life Adam nevertheless has the ability to start me on this next journey of making me a better person and hopefully a more mindful one.

Adam has been my Personal Trainer for over four years now and my yoga teacher for two years.

In the first few appointments, he assesses your weaknesses and strengths, and creates a training programme which concentrates on those things that need work.

My shoulder mobility has improved greatly with exercises specific to that part of my body. We also work on the total body improving muscle tone in the limbs and core, particularly important as you get older.

I can highly recommend Adam.

I have trained with Adam for a number of years in a number of different forms of exercise but most recently have been focusing on my yoga.

Every session is varied and pushes you just that little bit further. Adam is knowledgeable, encouraging and patient, modifying movements, if necessary, to suit ability and takes into consideration any injuries or aches and pains. His studio is a wonderfully peaceful and calm space… much like Adam himself.

I have also utilised Adam’s knowledge in relation to nutritional and supplement advice – it is such a minefield out there with different recommendations and companies wanting to sell their wares – and have found him to be highly knowledgeable and, if he considers he isn’t informed to a high enough standard (he sets the bar high!) he will research it and get back to you to give you the best advice possible.

I love training at The All Too Human, it's the most knowledgeable bespoke personal training I have had. We focus on resistance and my strength has continuously improved from a mid level to being really quite good with lots of focus on technique.

It is a holistic personalized approach which means we don't neglect anything. I am stronger, have more energy and my fitness is all round only going upwards. And it's challenging and fun!

I have been going to a gym on and off for several years now to try and look after myself as I get a bit older and stiffer.

I had known Adam from before and decided in 2023 to renew our relationship and move to The All Too Human at The Chapel Wellness Studios.

It’s not all about “Pumping Iron” and “Running on a Treadmill” with Adam, it’s about what is right for you and what you want to get out of the session.

You train in a great environment that is clean and has plenty of up-to-date equipment and all the sessions are planned for you to both enjoy and get something out of them.

You also get quarterly progress reports to make sure you are achieving your goals and moving forwards (and I’m certainly moving better now).

I would not hesitate to recommend Adam and The All Too Human as a great place to go if you want to look after yourself a little better and get some enjoyment and progress from having a personal trainer.
