Your Strength and Conditioning Coach will help you to develop the aspects of your fitness which are the most important for improving and preserving your own long term physical quality of life.

All through a process which is as tailored to you as an individual as possible. One which takes into account your: goals, lifestyle, time commitments, exercise preferences, previous training history, and any injury or movement considerations you may have in order to make your experience as safe, effective, and convenient for you as it can be.

A process which, in practice, involves:

  • An initial conversation about you and your fitness goals.

  • A functionally comprehensive initial movement screening.

  • Regularly structured training informed by your own: personal preferences, requirements, and all we have learnt about how your body moves from your screening. Training which is then consistently developed over time to reflect how you are improving and to ensure that your training always remains safe and productive.

  • An in-depth written report every quarter discussing how much you have achieved during this phase of your training and how your training will therefore be updated moving forwards.

  • £45 per session. Once, twice, or thrice per week. Settled every four weeks.
