Centred on a long-term, goal orientated, multidisciplinary approach to developing lasting physical fitness. Your Strength and Conditioning Coach will work with you to improve the aspects of your health and fitness most closely associated with the promotion of physical longevity.  

Achieved through a focus on: quality of movement, functional strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, and the minimisation of injury risk.

In a process involving: a functionally comprehensive initial movement and body composition screening, the consistent monitoring of progress, and an in-depth quarterly report discussing how much you have achieved up to that point.

All within a structured, periodised training plan, tailored to you as an individual and grounded in both strength and conditioning science and modern yoga thought.

  • £45 per session. Once, twice, or thrice per week. Settled every four weeks.
